An Introduction to Zen Practice with Zen Nun Yasho Valerie Guenaeu
This will be an evening devoted to an introduction to Zen Practice. Led by Senior Nun Yasho Valerie Guenaeu, from Kanshoji Temple in France

The evening will begin with a welcome tea and an informal talk on Zen and Zen practice.
This will be followed by an introduction to the sitting posture of zazen, the heart of zen, followed by a period of zazen itself.
There will be an opportunity to ask questions afterwards.
Newcomers and experienced practitioners are all welcome.
