This will be a Rakusu and Kesa Sewing Day at the dojo .

The schedule will be as follows:

Saturday 25th July

• 0800-0840 – Zazen
• 0840-0920 – Ceremony + setup sewing room + Tea/Coffee/Snacks
• 0930-1230 – sewing (with tea breaks)
• 1230-1330 – lunch break  – please bring a packed lunch (or nip out to the shop for some fresh air)
• 1345-1600 – sewing
• 1630-1645 – clean up
• 1700-1730 – zazen

Cost:

If you contribute monthly to the London Zen Group, an additional contribution of £10 is suggested, if you do not contribute monthly, please consider £15  –  obviously, this is a donation, so do contribute as you are able to afford.

Please let Lana know if you need any materials – such as fabric – or a rakusu kit –  Rakusu kits are £30 (payable to Lana)
