Zen Nun Valérie Yashō Guéneau will be directing zazen at the Brockley Zen group on Thursday morning 22nd September (7am), Monday morning 26th September (7am) and Tuesday evening 27th September (6:30pm).

Yashō Valérie Guéneau is a senior nun at Kanshoji Zen Monastery in France and has been a zen nun for thirty years. She is a disciple of Taiun Jean-Pierre Faure, abbot of Kanshoji.

Tuesday evening will be an extended introductory evening

The evening includes:

• Welcome Tea
• An informal talk on Zen and Zen practice
• Introduction to Zazen (zen meditation)
• Zazen
• Question and Answer Period
