Morning Zazen (Mon – Fri 7:00am – 8:10am)
Zazen every weekday morning at the dojo – be sure to arrive 10 minutes early as always.. we strike the han at 5 minutes to the hour.
Our morning zazen consists of 30 minutes of zazen, an opportunity to stretch or change your legs, and 30 minutes of zazen followed by a chanting of the Heart Sutra.
