Zazen and Zen Workshop with senior Zen monk, Yushin Christophe Guillet

This is an afternoon for regular Zen practitioners.

The workshop will be devoted to cover and clarify the different aspects of Zen practice in the dojo from deportment and dojo preparation to ceremonies and chanting, with an opportunity to ask questions regarding other matters of the practice.

The Brockey Zen Group is happy to welcome back Yushin Christophe Guillet to lead a day of Zen practice in London and This Afternoon Workshop. Yushin has been a Zen monk since 1995 and has been living in Kanshoji Zen Monastery in France since 2002 when it was founded. He is a disciple of Taiun Jean-Pierre Faure, abbot of Kanshoji and together with his co-disciples helps spread the Dharma. In Kanshoji, he is responsible for Samu – all work activities necessary for the daily life of the community
