Morning of Zen Practice at Caledonian Road Dojo
There will be another morning of zazen practice at the Caledonian Road dojo on Saturday 25 January.
This is a great opportunity for those who struggle to come to the regular weekly sessions. everybody else is of course also welcome.
There will be two rounds of zazen with a coffee and tea break in the middle and a short Dharma teaching. The doors of the dojo will open at 8 AM. The event will finish at 12.30 PM.
Martin, who usually directs on Sundays, will lead this session and deliver the teaching.

The costs will be £6 for those who pay on a monthly basis and £12 for everybody else. Concessions are available.
