DESCRIPTION:This will be a Rakusu and Kesa Sewing Day at the dojo .\nThe schedule will be as follows:\nSaturday 25th July\n\n0800-0840 – Zazen\n0840-0920 – Ceremony + setup sewing room + Tea/Coffee/Snacks\n0930-1230 – sewing (with tea breaks)\n1230-1330 – lunch break  – please bring a packed lunch (or nip out to the shop for some fresh air)\n1345-1600 – sewing\n1630-1645 – clean up\n1700-1730 – zazen\n\nCost:\nIf you contribute monthly to the London Zen Group, an additional contribution of £10 is suggested, if you do not contribute monthly, please consider £15  –  obviously, this is a donation, so do contribute as you are able to afford.\nPlease let Lana know if you need any materials – such as fabric – or a rakusu kit –  Rakusu kits are £30 (payable to Lana)\nIf you would like to attend, please register with Lana, lana@zeninlondon.org – or- via our sewing whatsapp group\n
