DESCRIPTION:This will be a Zoom-based weekend sesshin for experienced members of the UK sangha.   11th 13th June!\nIt is not suitable for complete beginners – please consult your Head of Dojo if you are unsure about this\nTo take part you will need:\n\na mobile phone, tablet or computer\na quiet space where you won’t be disturbed\na zafu, bench or chair\ncomfortable clothing\nprevious experience of zazen\na completed registration form\n\nIf you’re unsure about how to use Zoom, please email johnb@izauk.net ( mailto:johnb@izauk.net ) to ask for technical for assistance\n\nThe sesshin will be broadcast from Bristol Zen Dojo, and will be led by Guy Mokuhō Mercier, who will participate via video link from the Lanau Zen Centre\nThe Lanau Zen Centre is the outcome of the project of the Tenbôrin Association founded by Guy Mokuhō Mercier and some disciples and friends. Situated in the Cantal region of central France,  it is near the villages of Lanau-Neuvéglise (near Saint-Flour) next to the river Truyère\nIt is a communal and inter-generational place of life where all residents and visitors follow a rhythm of daily life which includes meditation (zazen) and inter-relationships consistent  with the teachings of Buddhism\nSchedule\nAll sessions will use a dedicated Zoom broadcast channel – details available after registration\nFriday 11 June\n20:00 – 21:30  Two 40-minute zazen periods with kinhin between them.
